From Dan Cooper @soniiic via Twitter:
I'm getting a javascript error in the Azure portal. This means I cannot change the size of my VM. It has been broken for about 16 hours.
Same things happens in chrome and ie so it is not browser specific
request payload is: {"imageName":"ANY","instanceCount":"1","resourceId":"/subscriptions/***************/resourceGroups/Development/providers/Microsoft.ClassicCompute/virtualMachines/***-***"}
Name
Response is: {"Message":"There was an error processing your request. Please try again in a few moments.","HttpStatusCode":"BadRequest","XMsServerRequestId":null,"StackTrace":null}
The customer has already tried to clear the cache, to use another browser and even a different computer, but he's still getting the same error message:
[Microsoft_Azure_Classic_Compute] 11:28:36 AM ComputeSpecPickerExtender ComputeSpecPickerExtender: failed to load spec data: imageName: IMAGENOTFOUND, location: westeurope, platform: Windows, thirdPartyProductIds: ""
He has added "I have freshly logged in from a new browser even on the VM that I am using and still the pricing tier is blank."
Thanks,
@AzureSupport
