uploading existing vhd with existing D: drive - what to do?

Hi

Uploading an existing vhd that already have two drives, C & D.
There are some services installed on D.

Is it possible to change the Temp Storage Drive letter to retain my current D drive?
Or am I doomed and have to reinstall and reconfiguring the apps to the new drive letter assigned to my existing D:?
