Need to delete existing VM and create a new VM

Hi

How do i delete an existing Virtual Machine on the Azure portal and create a new VM. I have a SQL Enterprise server VM and need to downgrade to SQL web server VM, and the only way is to delete the Enterprise server VM and create a new one.
