VM with Ubuntu 14.04 to build Android from source

@AzureSupport trying Azure VM with Ubuntu 14.04 to build Android from source;I get "source must b compiled on case sensitive file system"

@AzureSupport thanks! I had seen this before posting :-) Bt I cant do this: move the build process to some non-shared location. So I'm stuck
