I am having an issue with my azure virtual machine and have been unable to create a ticket for support because option 4 offers me no support plan.
Does AZURE not offer any FREE support to paying customers?
2 days ago my apps stopped sending email from the server. I have yet to resolve this.
I checked Blacklists and I my IP is not on any. I used SendGrid and sent messages to a godaddy account as well as a hotmail account and the activity log said Delivered but the messages were never received.
Please advise how I can talk to a support engineer to resolve this.
