Azure VM IIS on intranet

Hello, I created Azure VM and installed IIS role on it. If I browse to http://localhost from VM (remote desktop), it works fine. VM is created on virtual network that connects Azure with my company network. My goal is to have IIS hosted web sites available only if accessed from within my company network. The web site(s) should be disabled for outside (ie internet) access. If I create endpoint on port 80 for Azure VM, IIS becomes accessible from internet, which I do not want. I tried to use ACL to filter access only from within the company network, but if I set ACL rule for endpoint with port 80 to permit my company's internal ip addresses, I cannot access VM IIS from the computer in the company network. Only if I put my computer's external IP into ACL permit rule, I'm able to connect to Azure VM IIS. That means that if I browse from my company network to http://myvm.cloudapp.net, it doesn't go through the company network and Azure virtual network to VM, but it goes outside, through internet. Could you please direct me to the right direction as to how to make Azure VM IIS accessible only from the company intranet without the need to go through (public) internet?

Thanks.
