Hi.
I've recently set up an Azure envt with a DC, WSFC and 2 SQL instances and I can get these all communicating with each other and working fine, HOWEVER the WSFC and SQL instances lose their preferred DNS settings (to the static IP address of the DC) every
time the Virtual Machines are deallocated so I have to keep resetting this.
Is there a way to maybe set this preferred dns server setting in powershell and I could then include this in a start up script for the servers?
Or any other way of ensuring the Preferred DNS Server settings are maintained?
