Hi ,
We had an azure virtual machine on which all setup is performed. We performed steps below
1) run sysprep.exe on machine
2) In Shutdown Options, Shutdown is selected.
3) On azure portal clicked on capture and captured an image
4) Created a new VM with image i.e. captured in step 3
Now Azure Virtual Machine is stuck in Running (Provisioning) mode from last 4 hrs. Could any one help on this?
