How to fileshare between 2 Azure VMs

I have 4 VM's all in the same affinity group  fe01 fe02 APP01 AUTH01

I disabled the windows firewalls on all 4 systems

I have 2 VMs in the same cloud ap fe01 fe02

I am able to fileshare between those two using \\ x . x . x . x

when I try to \\ x . x . x . x  to a VM not in the cloud app (fe01 -> app01)  I cannot and get no connection

I an unable to ping the 2 VM's that are not in the app pool (fe01 / fe02 -> app01 / auth01)

I am also unable to ping between the two systems that are not in the Cloud App (app01 < >auth01)
