Sending email to my email server

I just set up a second VM, I want to be able to send email to my exchange server on premises, I can do this using my first VM, but my second VM wont work, I have allowed my exchange server to receive emails from both ip addresses, and when I look at set up of VM's they look the same, but no emails from VM2.
