Not able to upgrade the VM Size high than A4 even VM is created after DEC 2014

Hello,

I have a A4 Windows VM in East Asia Region. I am using the standard tier. I created that VM around DEC 2014. 

I like to upgrade to higher VM Size such as A8, A9 (Network optimized) or A11. But I dont see any option higher than A4 in "Configure" page. 

So, how can I upgrade the VM size higher than  A4? 

I have no support subscription.
