Cannot Access Virtual Machine. RDP problem

I can no longer access one of my VM servers using RDP. Even trying to connect as Administrator I get the message Cannot access the local security authority. 

Is there anyway to connect to the console of an Azure VM to fix this problem? Right now I am downloading the VHD to hopefully boot it up on a Hyper-V server so I can access the console to get RDP working again. Of course this process is taking 12+ hours to download the file.

Is there no other way to access the VM console in an emergency when Remote Desktop is not going to work.
