I have a virtual machine that was working fine a few hours ago but is now STOPPED and unable to start using the management portal.
The management console says...
Virtual machines continue to incur compute charges if they are stopped from the guest operating system. To avoid these charges, use the management portal to stop the virtual machines or to delete them.
Stopped (Could not start).
What am I supposed to do? its my main database server!
Any advice?
