Hi,
There is a Windows 10 Technical Preview for Enterprise (x64) for Azure (which is a vm guest).

Here is my Microsoft Azure Educator Grant Award subscription information:

When I try to create it, I get the following permissions error:
statusCode:Forbidden
statusMessage:{"error":{"code":"VirtualMachineOperationFailed","message":"Unable to create virtual machine 'Win10': 'You don't have permission to use this image.'."}}
If I'm not allowed to do this, is there a way I can request permission? I'm a teacher and this would be helpful for my class.
