We have a VM deployed in the West US and RDP works fine from San Francisco but our partners in Chennai can not do the same, what should I be checking? I did not place any access restrictions on this new VM when provisioning. The error retrieved was something like cannot connect to machine.
Is there anything on the Azure VM side of configuration that might be responsible or should RDP work from anywhere? Should I assume it is a problem with our Chennai's internet access/routing?
We have a similar issue accessing our SQL server in a West US based VM from Chennai.
