HTTP request lost in the cloud

Hi,

I created a Windows server 2008 R2 on which a web server (APACHE) is listening on port 80. When i access to the WEB Server from the server (via RDP), it works (http://machine.c1.internal.cloudapp.net). When I try to access it from my PC, i use the following URL  : http://machine.cloudapp.net). I have no response.

If I type the following command : "telnet machine.cloudapp.net 80", It seems that I'm connecting to something but not my apache server. It seems like the translation was not made between the public IP and the internal one. My http request is never transmitted to the web server Apache.

Do you see any reason : NAT rules ?, ....
