Not abale to connect Puppet Ent. VM fcreated from VM Gallery using Puppet Enterprise Web GUI

Hi All,

I am learning puppet as configuration tool  in azure. For that, I have created Puppet Enterprise VM from VM gallery which I am not able to connect using its url from browser. VM :URL

Receiving message  in Chrome browser that "Page can not be displayed".
