Issues with BGInfo VM Extension on Multiple Monitors

BGInfo works fine in Windows Server 2012 R2 VM when RDP with single monitor.

When accessing with multiple monitors (different sizes and orientations), the desktop wallpaper is initially OK.  However, after a few seconds, BGInfo runs and updates the desktop wallpaper and it is now very messy on all monitors.

Is this a know problem and are there any workarounds available?
