More storage for SQL Server VM?

I see that a SQL Server "standard" D14 gives me SQL Server Enterprise with 16 cores, 112GB RAM, and 800GB SSD.  While I don't need that many cores and that much RAM, I need at least 1TB of storage.

But, when I choose e.g. D13, I get 8 cores and 56GB RAM (which is fine), but only 400GB storage.  Is there a way to get/pay for more?
