Initial Password for SQL Server 2012

I provisioned a SQL Server 2012 virtual machine (not Azure SQL).  As part of the creation process I provided domain admin credentials and chose the option to have it join the new vm to an existing Active Directory domain (same Azure virtual network).

What's the initial username/password I use to get to SQL Server with Management Studio ??????
