Can't select Brasil region for VM

I signed up for free trial on Azure to test out ping and performance on a Brasil VM but there is no such option in Region menu when I try to create a VM. Why? It seems to me that it should be avalible: http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/regions/#services Brasil South Virtual Machine is checked.
