I have some VM's on Azure that are based in South Central US. We lost connection to them during an Azure issue last week, (there were messages up saying any VM that was rebooted may not be accessible afterwards). At the moment I can connect to 2 of the VM's but a third which is the Connection Broker for RDS will not accept any domain credential connections via RDP, another VM, the RDS Gateway shows no logon servers for the domain as well but I can get in using a different account. I am seeing a Kerberos error on the Domain Controller as well so it looks like connectivity between the servers within the cloud service is not working properly. DNS shows the correct IP's for the server for both IPV6 and IP4.
Can you suggest any way I can resolve this or is it likely to be an Azure issue. I have rebooted all 3 VM's via the Portal to no effect.
