I have multiple (n+1) availability sets within the same cloud service all utilising Virtual Machines (not Web or Worker roles). Within the Management Portal, I'm presented with a UI for scaling each set independently on the "Scale" tab of my cloud service. However, when attempting to configure scaling for anything other than the first availability set, the settings are not applied after clicking "Save".
If the Management Portal doesn't support configuring multiple scaling profiles, can multiple profiles be created and applied via the PowerShell cmdlets or the REST API?
