I'm Using Windows 8.1 with Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 as Dev/Test machine in Azure VM I logged in to The VM Using Remote Desktop Services and Opened Visual Studio and Loaded my Team Projected and Opened Designer View and I got error message saying
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
This app can't be activated by the Built-in Administrator. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80270253)
As I was logged in as Built-in Administrator of the Machine it didn't allow me to run modern apps. I tried creating a new user in VM and Tried Logging in as that user but i again got a message saying
To Sign in remotely, you need the right to sign in through Remote Desktop Services. By Default, member of the Remote Desktop Users group have this right. If the group you're in doesn't have this right, or if the right has been removed from the Remote Desktop Users group, you need to be granted this right manually.
