Hi,
I have a virtual machine which is inaccessible for second time on last seven days. On first time, when I tried to RDP, only logo screen shows and connection drops. When I try to see VM status on azure dashboard, it says it cannot read metrics. I tried to restart and even that failed. I've somehow managed to shutdown VM. Then I tried to start it again. Dashboard says it started, but guess what, it did not! As a last resort, based on a stack-overflow article, I reconfigured my server from Large to medium, and it worked, but machine's IP adress changed, so I was forced to configure many IP based restrictions to allow that new IP, and tell my customers that out server will not be reachable for another our since one hour is ttl of our dns record.
Second time, I tried everything in same order, and that worked again, and changed the IP address again.
I searched through forums and the internet for another possible solution, but all I can find is unanswered forum questions. Is this all mighty microsoft can provide?
And before you ask, I will not send any mail to iaasforum mail address, neither I want to. It feels like another black hole where questions go and never answered, or worse, hidden for eyes.
My subscription Id is b38b3b1c-5088-4171-b9d8-4075e97d964b. I have only one machine. event logs can be access using following url www.filedropper.com/documents . password is "1" without quotes.
Even if you correctly and openly answer this question, tomorrow morning I'll be looking for another hosting.
