Today I spun up a new VM (Windows Server 2012 R2 SP1). I also added it to my private network (10.10.10/11) as 10.10.10.20. I tried to use IE to access codeplex.com but it says:
This page can’t be displayed
- Make sure the web address https://download-codeplex.sec.s-msft.comis correct.
- Look for the page with your search engine.
- Refresh the page in a few minutes.
Why is this? How can I fix it?
