As per my other topic - and requested to create a new MSDN thread if I was still having issues.
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/azure/en-US/09d72c24-e371-4218-bad4-d85ba8ce13a1/unable-to-remotely-connect-to-virtual-machine-using-rdp-link?forum=WAVirtualMachinesforWindows#ef405f41-0e63-4b33-bb20-e5655391b0e1
I am still having issues..the server just refuses to allow me on, I have deleted and recreated the endpoint, tried from multiple networks and am still experiencing issues, as well as rebooting numerous times.
The VM is daveplayshost1.cloudapp.net
When attempting to connect via the associated RDP file it just shows up with:
[Window Title]
Remote Desktop Connection
[Content]
Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
I have rebooted the VM numerous times, changed the endpoint to point directly to port 3389 and still nothing. The server is refusing requests to other endpoints as well and has taken the associated site offline with it.
Any help would be brilliant.
