The Azure status page currently shows everything ok except for West Europe. We have a VM in East US though that is experiencing the same issues that we had on Tuesday night. We cannot start our VM, it says it is Running but we cannot SSH to it or Restart
it. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and has microsoft said anything about fixing it? I looked into opening a Technical Support ticket but it said our account doesn't have technical support. I don't understand how asking that the service actually work
counts as extra technical support though. Aside from community forums how are we supposed to let Microsoft know that their service is down and ask them to fix it?

Is Azure Storage down again? We are experiencing same issue with our VMs as we did on Tuesday night.
