I have recently been unable to RDP into my Azure Virtual Machine. The issue is identical to the post at https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/09d72c24-e371-4218-bad4-d85ba8ce13a1/unable-to-remotely-connect-to-virtual-machine-using-rdp-link?forum=WAVirtualMachinesforWindows and I too have rebooted the VM a few times.
The last comment (14 hours ago as of this writing) asked that a new thread be started if it continues to be an issue.
