We are not able to access the services as well as RDC to one of our virtual machines on Singapore-SE-Asia (Southeast Asia) around 3pm (Singapore time GMT+8hours). The portal indicate that the VM is running. On another VM, we noticed that there has been occurrences of disk controller error.
I am considering to restart the VM but there are threads in the forum which share that VM may end up in starting state.
Could Microsoft advise on the best course of action?
