Hi All, we had a recent press release saying that Hortonworks Hadoop is available on Azure running on a Linux virtual machine. Is this true? I've tried to deploy from here:
http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/partners/hortonworks/hortonworkscluster/
But the deployment never finishes. Just hangs around doing nothing.
Has anyone successfully deployed HDP 2.0 running on Linux in Azure? Or is this something that's half-baked on not really ready for primetime yet?
