Provide monitoring statistics (bandwidth used, CPU usage, memory usage, etc.) to 3rd party

Hi,

Is there any way we can provide a method to allow a 3rd party (our customer) to access monitoring statistics for a VM or cloud service?  They would be interested in bandwidth usage, CPU usage, memory usage, etc.
