Hi,
We have an Azure VM (our primary server) that has been 'offline' for around 2 days now. The server in the portal looks fine, CPU/disk usage etc, but the network bandwidth is mostly zero (occasionally a few 100b). I have tried upsizing and downsizing the VM, recreating the endpoints and even deleting the VM and cloud server and rebuilding with the VHD. None of these worked to fix the issue.
I have even tried purchasing a support pack to get direct support but the website doesn't allow me to purchase (logged via a site support ticket).
Does anyone have any pointers that could help us out as we have some business critical sites (such as our website) running on the server.
