Cannot Access Internet (End-Point Config Already Set)

I have created an Azure VM with Windows 2012 R2 with SQL Server 2014 RTM and set the following end-point configs:

http port 80 (both public and private)

https port 443 (both public and private)

I have also added Windows firewall rule to allow all traffic through port 80 and 443, but i cannot navigate to any URL and nor can i Telnet onto port 80 or 443 remotely.

I have added other ports, but none are working, only the default RD Port and Powershell end-points work.

Does anyone have a clue on how i can get internet working?
