I am running the Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter 3.0 to migrate Windows 2012 R2 SP1 virtual machine from VMware on to Microsoft Azure. I followed
all the pre-requisites of the tool. But, when I run the MVMC 3.0 tool it fails in the Analyze Disk stage, and displays this error below:
