Azure Load Balancer

Hi,

Is there any way to access the Load Balancer using PowerShell commands. I have searched for the same, but i haven't found any solution to get the Load Balancer and Instances configured under it. And also is there anyway to monitor the instance under the cloud service(IaaS) using PowerShell or any other API for the health Check of instance using some url or dns name.

There is command in AWS like "elb-describe-instance-health" which gives you the instance health. I need the similar comand in PowerShell or Azure-Cli.

If anyone know, kindly help on  this issue.
