Forcefully log out issue

I have set up 4 windows VM's under a load balance and all are pointing to a single on premises SQL server. The problem is when I set up the VM's under a load balance and try to log in to the application, logged in & takes me out in 5 seconds forcefully. If I deploy the VM's without load balance, work fine.

How can I resolve the issue?
