Azure UDP Ports for GPRS devices

Having an issue with UPD ports in Azure. In my case I´m using port UDP:12345, my device does not give me option to use TCP. It´s a GPS car tracking device which sends every 3 minutes an UDP packet to VM on Azure public ip Address. It´s perfectly working on my home enviroment

I did open incoming/outgoing rules on firewall Created endpoint for this VM

But still can´t packets on server

Any other checks I could do ?
