Missing Sharepoint 2013 Config Wizard in Azure Gallery VM titled "SharePoint Server 2013 on Windows Server 2012"

I'm following the Hybrid Cloud Hands-On Lab manual in this page. 

I've setup a new Azure VM using the Gallery image "SharePoint Server 2013 on Windows Server 2012"

After joining the domain, and logging on as domain admin, I cannot follow on to the SP 2013 Config Wizard because it does not exist. 
Looked for shortcuts on the desktop, in the domain admin and all local profiles,
Looked in IIS for web sites, only default, bound to port 80 - nothing there
Looked under c:\program files, and c:\program files (x86) - no sharepoint installation folders..

What am I missing?
