Hi,
I have a Windows VM in Azure which is no longer responding to remote desktop connections. It has been stopped (deallocated) for some months, and although we can fire it up in the management console, we can't connect. We've tried starting and stopping it, and even deleting the VM and recreating from the disks.
We have successfully created a new VM and connected via remote desktop with the same ports, so we know it isn't the ports being blocked.
On the VM dashboard, it looks like the VM no longer has an RDP certificate thumbprint, if that is significant. But I don't know how to rectify this.
Any help gratefully received!
