Hello,
We have a 2012 VM in West Europe which is connected via a Juniper site to site in Dublin. We access the server and file shares over the site to site normally without an issue.
We monitor the server health with GFI Max Remote management and probably once a week the server reports unhealthy.
The shares are still accessible but we cant connect via RDP, with the sesson going through as far as negotiating session reliability or something similar. It hangs like this and then eventually drops out to nothing.
We find the only solution is to restart the VM through the azure control panel which isn't ideal.
After the reboot, any files which were changed or edited during the period that GFI reported unhealthy which is usually excel are corrupt. The changes made during the day are lost which is causing a headache.
I see a lot of these during the time its unreachable
Reset to device \device\raidport2, was issued
Has anyone seen this issue before?
Thanks
Nick
