Windows Azure VM - How can I specify the need of an IP? There is no place on the Pricing calculator to specify that

Hi, I was trying to calculate the pricing for the VM on the Windows azure cloud and I selected the Medium VM but it does not display any options to include the need of an IP ? How much will it cost?
