Today I tried to create a Windows 8.1 Enterprise virtual machine in a Northern European datacenter. I ended up with Southern US and Windows Server 2012 R2.
So the image is wrong and the datacenter is wrong.
I used the portal web site to create what I was expecting, a new seed box for mychess site which leverages P2P to distribute files.
Then there is the problem is inadequate storage, check the download page above for torrent system requirements.
I am using A0 virtual machines as a seed box is not demanding at all.
