Process_Total\Handle_Count Alert on Perfmon

I made perfmon diagnoses to Azure Virtual Machine A8.
This server has SQL Server 2014 Reporting Server role for SharePoint 2013.
I'm studing results with PAL.

I'm worried about following alert on Process_Total\Handle_Count.  Min is 27,373. Avg is 27,422. Max is 27m514. Hourly trend is 5,760.

Could somebody explain what this mean? How to fix?

Possible Handle Leak: More than 500 handles between overall Min and overall Max an Increasing trend of more than 500 handles per hour.
