Physical disk WRITE response times problems with Azure VM Perfmon

I made perfmon diagnoses to Azure Virtual Machine A8.
I have several virtual machines on SQL Server BI and SharePoint 2013 environment.

I have several servers with SQL Server DW and SharePoint roles, which have issues with followings:
PhysicalDisk(0 C:)Avg.Disk\Sec/Write = Average 0.34. Max 0.66
Greater than 25ms physical disk WRITE response times

What can be done?
