I subscribed to 90 day free trial for Windows Azure. I am 100% positive I got to the screen where it set my credit line to $0. Also it said, if I want to continue after 90 days, I should increase the credit line.
I just used the account for a day, when I created couple of VMs and and a test website with a test database. After a month I got my account charged for $120.00 for the services and I noticed only after that, the subscription on my account shows Pay-As-You-Go. I contacted customer service and the issue was closed without getting resolved in couple of communications.
My questions -
1. Is there a way Azure team can verify if I really used any services other then just learning purposes. Logs etc.
2. Lets say, I agree that I might have done mistake and selected pay-as-you-go instead of free trial (which is very low probablity becuase I am sure I saw the screen setting up $0 credit line), is there a way to escalate this and get some charge waived off?
