VM creation takes too long in installing extensions

Hi,

2 hours ago I have created 3 VMs. 2 of the VMs are taking too long at installing extensions(these VMs are connected to a custom virtual networks). Only 1 VM finished installing extensions (not connected to a custom virtual network).

I have created more VMs in past days using the above custom virtual networks. The custom virtual networks have not been modified.

I need to know if this problem is transient, or what procedure will fix this problem?
