I have created a Dynamics AXX 2012 R3 demo environment in Azure from Licecycle services. To evaluate if this is a tool to be used by our company for demo and practice of Dynamics AX.
The issues I noticed was that it takes around 30 minutes from the virtual machine is stared from stopped status until I can start using the programs inside of the server. First the start of the VM takes several minutes then it takes a really long time to log in. When the VM is active its good performance but the first start takes very long time. I have tried with machine size A4, A5 and A6.
Is it possible to configure when the machine shall be automatically shut down and started?
Is it expected to take around 30 minutes from star the server until it’s possible to work in Dynamics AX in the VM, or is this something that will be better?
