Linux Custom Image reporting stuck on Running (Provisioning)

Hi,

I've just created a linux image in hyper-v using a version of CentOS6.5. All seems fine locally and I got the LIS3.5 services installed & waagent. I was able to deprovision the disk and convert the vhdx to a vhd file.

I've uploaded the image to a storage account using powershell (Add-AzureVhd) and created the image in the management portal.

I've tried creating a new virtual machine using this image but it either gets stuck on Running (Provisioning) or, when I unticked the 'vmagent' box, I got provisionng timed out.

What am I doing wrong and is there any way of finding out more about the errors?
