Missing ssh access to the VM

Good day 
Colleagues yesterday after migrating virtual machines based on Linux Ubuntu 12, I have lost access to ssh (port 22: Operation timed out). Setting was to expand the VM to A3 size. 

At the moment, tried, to no avail: 
-Lots Many reboots the VM 
Deleting a VM with the subsequent creation of the VM from VHD 
Deleting and creating endpoint on port 22 

PS: ssh does not migrate and was not closed on the server 

In the dashboard shows the activity, but the VM can not reach in any way. 

Is there any solution? Really need the data from the VHD.
